06/10/26 Greetings Quiet Revolutionaries, Attention-Guardians, Peace-Keepers and Field-Shifters. Many of you know June is Pride month. And just so happens that a local-to-me Pride Fest happened this past weekend in Hendersonville, NC. There is a happy ending to this story...but I almost didn’t go. And I’ll tell you why. Entangled into the stratosphere of Pride celebrations are “protesters” which are always church folk. To paint the picture it goes like this. You’re excited to attend today’s Pride event. You’ve been planning for this for weeks and your excitement has been building because you know you’ll be surrounded by like-minded people throughout this event. Nothing but joy, smiles, celebration and love abounds everywhere. But if you’ve attended these events before...you know that first you’ll be greeted at the entrance gate by essentially hecklers who at best are quoting Bible verses at you or at worst yelling at you that you’re going to Hell or some other such. It’s disturbing...that this is still a part of these celebratory events. And for me...it’s triggering. While continuing to ponder this whole thing last week...I saw a facebook friend of mine post something about “showing up” and why it matters to attend Pride events like this one. And how the positives outweigh the negatives. And I realized, she was right. All the way around it! Then, I also came across a video of Jeffery Allen with MindValley explaining an energy technique that caught my attention. Where when you’re fearful of something that you may be facing in the coming days, you can send your future self love energy to meet you when you arrive there. That’s exactly what I did! During my morning meditation a few days before this Pride event...I imagined myself walking past these hecklers and the dreaded feeling I would face there. So I created a big ball of energy and charged it with Love and Compassion and sent it to meet me at that very place in Jackson Park where I’d meet these negative folks. Can you feel how powerful this practice is? I sent myself my own supporting loving energy to flow over me and lift me up as I walked past these folks and into the celebrating event. And I also sent loving and compassionate energy to surround the protesters themselves. It was nothing short of magical!! So then I went. And ya know what? I was shocked at how the participating protesters numbers had dwindled from years past. They barely had any representation at all minus some really big signs (quoting scripture of course). It was as if they were struck powerless and were silenced in many ways...or at the very least their volume had been energetically turned WAY WAY down. WOW! I was blown away by the positive affect this preparatory practice had in this very real moment as it unfolded! Blown away. Yet again...I’m reminded that everything is entangled. And we are not as powerless as we may think. Loving-vibrational-energy is real...and powerful...and can be sent anywhere at any time. (Even to our future selves!) Lower vibrational frequencies cannot exist in the same spaces that higher vibrational frequencies exist. I can’t begin to tell you how empowering this entire experience was for me. So grateful I went on Saturday and showed up! And you know what else? There were so many more churches this year INSIDE the celebration with booths passing out supporting stickers and bracelets and Pride flags. I teared up yet again realizing how much things have changed...from just a few short years ago. Love can walk ahead of us if we let it. Wild-Heart Practice of the Week:Let Love Go First Think of something you’re about to face that carries even a hint of tension, fear, or anticipation. Make time beforehand to pause and imagine yourself arriving in that moment. Now send loving energy ahead of you...waiting and ready to meet you there when you arrive. And feel into the fact that now...you won’t arrive alone. More Mindful Practice Companions... [Enter the Meditation Library] *Your support helps sustain this work and keep it growing. Happy PRIDE! I’m honored you’re here walking this Wildhearted path alongside me. If this Field Notes stirred something in you, I’d love to hear what practices are helping you stay grounded, present, and connected to yourself right now. This week’s story was really about what happens when we learn to meet our fear differently...when we stop bracing against life and instead try something more intentional… like sending love ahead of us into the places we’re afraid to go. Maybe you’ve discovered your own way of doing that already. A morning ritual that steadies you before the day begins… Or maybe you’re just beginning to notice how much your energy, thoughts, and focus shape the way you move through the world. What are you cultivating these days? And how is it changing you? If this resonated, hit reply. I’d genuinely love to hear what’s unfolding in your own journey. Namaste, P.S. 06/18/26 Greetings Edge-Walkers, Soul-Listeners, Pattern-Breakers, and Light-Carriers. Image by Gundula Vogel from Pixabay dot com I’ve stumbled upon something while pet sitting recently that has really caught my attention and is changing my understanding of how we human. Pet sitters see into a world beyond worlds...because pet sitters see and experience what goes on behind closed doors. We are trusted to stay in others’ homes and take-care of their pets while they are away. And very quickly...

Image by Sasin Tipchai on pixabay dot com If you’ve been following this wildhearted work...then you might be picking up on a theme or a trail. Much of this work is linked directly to the Universal Law of Vibration and the knowing that what we think about we bring about….or that our vibration directly affects what we attract into our lives. That said, I’m a big believer in if I’m going...
5/20/26 Greetings Creators, Collaborators, Focus-Finders, Habit-Breakers, and Hope-Bringers! Some dear friends of mine introduced me to the game of pickleball a few years back. And let me just tell you...I fell in love with this game. For so many reasons. Here’s one...deployment of a Jedi practice. For those who may not know: in pickleball, you can only score a point when you’re the server. But here’s the catch—if your serve doesn’t land cross-court inside the correct boundary, it’s a...
