7/15/26 Greetings Edge-Walkers, Soul-Listeners, Pattern-Breakers, and Light-Carriers! My heart and mind has continued down the path of untangling energy, frequency, cell memory and its potential influential affects on the now. In Field Notes #42 I spoke of an energetic signature entangled with the T.V. show The Rockford Files...the theme song and the intro and my childhood memories of my parents watching this each week almost like a spiritual practice. And from within this I’ve been deeply pondering the question of “what does it mean to let go of the past?” Let go of what exactly? The memory? The event? The story? The emotion? The identity? The interpretation? Today I asked myself...is it possible to cut the chords of the energetic signatures attached to specific memories from our past? Can I change my mind about how I feel about a particularly negative experience? What if "letting go" isn't forgetting the memory? (I don’t think we can just forget it anyway. We can’t just deny these things ever happened.) What if releasing means changing the relationship we have with it? When the memory of something like this comes up...usually it’s out of the clear blue and usually it’s attached to something else like a smell or a scene from a family vacation (think beach or summer lake house or an annual camping trip) or it could even be how you hear someone pronounce a particular word or term that reminds you of a family member who said that same thing in that same unique way. For example, my dad used to always pronounce Tuesday as Tues-dee...of which my mom always made fun...and then dad would make fun of mom’s pronunciation of water as wooder (she was from PA). So anytime I hear either word pronounced this way...along came the attached feeling of tension because I didn’t much care for the making-fun-of feeling in the air...because at its core it had diminishing intent. A friend of mine made this statement on facebook today referencing visiting earlier-in-life haunts and the memories stirred up from this. She said, “Maybe we aren’t ready for our future until we come to terms with our past.” So could it then be said that the un-dealt with moments from our past are holding us back from inviting our loftiest dreams to become manifest in our lives? I believe the answer is, yes...but there’s more. I also believe that what’s really going on here at a much deeper level are the energetic frequencies entangled with the memories themselves. So can we change these frequencies? Obviously we cannot change what’s happened in the past...but we certainly can change how we view them in the present. That was then. This is now. We are undoubtedly different people now than who we were back then...so is it so hard to believe that we can change our minds about the past BECAUSE we are different people now? I’ve spoken to quite a few people about this lately...and I’ve received a lot of feedback that our past becomes a part of who we are in the present. Like it’s woven in as part of our personal tapestry. But do we identify it as “who we are?” Do the events and experiences of our lives define who we are? I think this is in fact a choice. We don’t have to keep telling the same stories about ourselves. We can change the script whenever we choose to. But we also have to change the frequencies wrapped up with that old script. Whatever you were made fun of by your family or your schoolmates or whomever certainly doesn’t have to define you any more...does it? I also believe that we are all carrying beliefs from this past programming (installation of feeling frequencies) in our bodies and don’t even realize it. Until something comes up that triggers that past feeling frequency and suddenly we’re enraged...all due to something similar that happened in our past. I would love to hear your input on this based upon your own experiences. As you can tell I’m still in the unraveling, untangling phase of understanding this well enough that I can begin to delete the old feeling frequencies in my own life. Yet, I suspect the key to all of this is awareness. If we pay attention to how we react to certain situations and then go back and remember when we first reacted this way to a similar scenario we’ll be able to truly “let go of the past”. Because now we’ve become aware of what started it all in the first place. Like literally releasing from our bodies an energetic chord that’s been attached to some past experience. The ahah moment! Could this be the way to lightening the load in our frequency backpacks? Could this in fact be the way forward without dragging the unnecessary weight of our past along with us? Stay tuned. Much more to come. 🌿 Wild-Heart Practice of the Week: Rather than replaying what happened, write one sentence beginning with: "From where I stand today..." Finish the sentence from the perspective of the person you've become—not the person you were then. Notice what shifts. The memory may stay the same... 🌀 New Live ZOOM coming Thursday! If this week's Field Notes stirred something in you...I invite you to continue the conversation with me. The Hidden Language of Frequency is a live 40-minute Zoom exploration where we'll begin looking at what it actually means to live as an energy being—not as an abstract concept, but as something we can notice and experience in everyday life. Together we'll begin exploring what it means to recognize the invisible forces already shaping our thoughts, emotions, relationships, and sense of well-being—and whether learning the language of frequency might help us move through life with greater freedom. Thursday, July 16 • 6:30 PM Eastern I hope you'll join me. 👉 Learn More and Reserve your spot here 🎧 Deepen your Practice... This week's reflection is only the beginning. 07/02/26 Greetings Quiet Revolutionaries, Attention-Guardians, Peace-Keepers, and Field-Shifters. I've had one of those light-bulb moments that changes how you see everything. It happened after Sunday's Wildhearted Gathering...and now I can't stop seeing it everywhere! Is it possible that I intentionally bring my old self (as in...I habitually bring it’s frequency signature forward) into my current space-time-continuum? If this is true, is it also possible that this is in fact why I’m blocked...
06/18/26 Greetings Edge-Walkers, Soul-Listeners, Pattern-Breakers, and Light-Carriers. Image by Gundula Vogel from Pixabay dot com I’ve stumbled upon something while pet sitting recently that has really caught my attention and is changing my understanding of how we human. Pet sitters see into a world beyond worlds...because pet sitters see and experience what goes on behind closed doors. We are trusted to stay in others’ homes and take-care of their pets while they are away. And very quickly...

And just so happens that a local-to-me Pride Fest happened this past weekend in Hendersonville, NC. There is a happy ending to this story...but I almost didn’t go. And I’ll tell you why. Entangled into the stratosphere of Pride celebrations are “protesters” which are always church folk. To paint the picture it goes...
