4/15/26 Hello Wild Souls, Song-Carriers, Quiet Listeners, and Those Tuning Themselves to What Matters! Happy to declare—April is officially my favorite month of the year. Why? Yesterday (and a few days before that), I was serenaded by a Carolina Wren. He perched himself on the top railing of my deck and sang at the top of his lungs. It was mesmerizing… watching the soft feathers on his throat trilling as he called out. And of course, it got me thinking (as nature always does). Whether we realize it or not, we’re always broadcasting something. It’s like we’re charging the air around us with a signal. That little wren was clearly looking for another of its kind. And that’s part of why I love April. The songbirds are back. Pairing up. Moving with purpose. The air itself feels alive with it. They’re tuned in— And it’s hard not to see the mirror. What we tune into. All of it matters. Because what we experience tomorrow I’ve seen this shift things in my own life in ways I can’t ignore. Which is why I’m creating a space to explore it together. If this speaks to you, I’d love to have you join me for a live Zoom session this Thursday, April 16 at 6:30 PM Eastern. We’ll walk through simple, real ways to shift your energy— Details are below. 7/15/26 Greetings Edge-Walkers, Soul-Listeners, Pattern-Breakers, and Light-Carriers! Image by Kati from Pixabay dot com My heart and mind has continued down the path of untangling energy, frequency, cell memory and its potential influential affects on the now. In Field Notes #42 I spoke of an energetic signature entangled with the T.V. show The Rockford Files...the theme song and the intro and my childhood memories of my parents watching this each week almost like a spiritual practice. And...
07/02/26 Greetings Quiet Revolutionaries, Attention-Guardians, Peace-Keepers, and Field-Shifters. I've had one of those light-bulb moments that changes how you see everything. It happened after Sunday's Wildhearted Gathering...and now I can't stop seeing it everywhere! Is it possible that I intentionally bring my old self (as in...I habitually bring it’s frequency signature forward) into my current space-time-continuum? If this is true, is it also possible that this is in fact why I’m blocked...
06/18/26 Greetings Edge-Walkers, Soul-Listeners, Pattern-Breakers, and Light-Carriers. Image by Gundula Vogel from Pixabay dot com I’ve stumbled upon something while pet sitting recently that has really caught my attention and is changing my understanding of how we human. Pet sitters see into a world beyond worlds...because pet sitters see and experience what goes on behind closed doors. We are trusted to stay in others’ homes and take-care of their pets while they are away. And very quickly...
